Boiler Services Offered

Annually or as often as you please, we offer full service boiler cleanings. Whether it is a fire tube, water tube, or flextube vessel, we clean out the fire side, water side, and power piping on the vessel to our best abilities. 

After we have thoroughly cleaned your heating vessel, we take several steps to ensure that the vessel has been properly closed. Then the vessel is filled with water and glycol, opened back up to the system, and the burner is then turned back on.

Boiler controls and operators are the brains to your heating vessel. We inspect all controls and operators on the vessel to ensure that they are in proper working order. If any are found damaged, we will work with our many partnered vendors to replace it. 

Burgess Mechanical can also assist in setting up annual boiler inspections and also inspections for insurance claims. We will schedule a state inspector to come out and inspect the boiler. After a decision has been made, we can make any necessary repairs.
